Nema Problema’s Mentorship Program
Nema Problema is a non-profit organization working to help new people in Sweden gain employment. We run a mentorship program, where we match newly arrived professionals with a mentor, who is established in the Swedish labor market. The mentor and the mentee meet regularly, in order to help the mentee gain skills needed to enter the Swedish labor market. In the mentorship program, mentors and mentees can participate in competence-building activities and networking sessions held by Nema Problema.
Become a mentor
Being a mentor in Nema Problema’s Mentorship Program means that you will partner with a mentee with a foreign background and help your mentee learn to navigate the Swedish labor market. Mentors and mentees are expected to meet once a month during the eight month program.
Our mentorship program provides you with opportunities for mentorship training activities, competence-building activities, networking sessions and the chance to meet somebody from a different culture and learn from their experiences.
This year, Nema Problema and Nya Kompisbyrån have started an exciting joint integration initiative! Together we aim to form a new organization – something we are incredibly happy and proud of.
This means that Nema Problema will not start any new mentor programs this fall, but new programs are planned to start early 2026! You can already register your interest in joining the programs – in that case, we will follow up on your registration at the start of the fall semester.
In the meantime, a lot is happening at Nya Kompisbyrån! They are running several new projects and are looking for both volunteers and participants for the autumn activities. Check out nyakompisbyran.se to read more.
We look forward to seeing you again soon!
